Amazing!
My only recommendation is to bend those knees and ankles a bit, to give him a traditionally MOTU-esque pose.
This model was intended to be printed in 3D but I decided to render it as an image as well.
It's very much influenced by the minimasters, but with a little bit more 200x vibe.
I'll ad a turntable render later this week. :-)

looks very good but I agree with TrimmTrabb that it needs a traditional MOTU-esque pose
I really like it. I think though the body could use a little more detail since the armor has so much.

I was never that big of a Mer-man fan but something about your rendition looks really menacing. Great Job man!!!

Thanks guys.. He is actually squatting a bit, but I didn't want to give them the "I'm ready to poop" pose. I never really liked the squatted look of the original figures. Besides these are going to be posed anyways so some might squat depending on the scene I guess.
I thought about doing that, but I was going for a more simple look. The armour needed to pop in order to lure away from the reuse of parts these renditions are going to be getting. I might be adding some more detail later on though depending on how the other characters turn out.
Thanks man, that means a lot coming from you.![]()
Thanks. :-)
Thanks man, keep your eye out for a Hordetrooper in this style later today.![]()
