This is my custom POP character Spectra : Fair Weather Friend
She is the daughter of Etheria's Rainbow and has weather manipulation powers, she can move the clouds to let bright sunlight chase Shadow Weaver away for instance.
Her "action feature" is her cape of many colors, she flies through the sky trailing a beautiful rainbow behind her that radiates colorful happiness and repels evil, she can also use the rainbow to lasso evildoers and sweep them away.

This is great, I always thought about doing a pop custom similar to this using the fantastic fashion with a similar color scheme, but with white hair and rainbow metallic highlights

That is pretty cool! There aren't any characters with weather powers, are there? This fills a hole! Dang...this would look cool in the current line. Would be cool to see a MotUC custom of this one!
