Snout Spout - Foam trunk no more

The trunk of my Snout Spout began to crack recently. So I decided to use my broken Staction to fix that problem. And I gotta say - as bad as that foam material may be - it was a pain in the
you-know-what to get it off completely.
I drilled a hole into the Classic's snout section and glued in the Staction's trunk. Since the grey tones didn't match I repainted the trunk afterwards (still not quite finished yet).
    Edit.:
    And heeeere's the finished Staction-MOTUC-hybrid!
I also added the staction's hands and feet. The figure is still completely poseable

Maybe Marzo as an archenemy was the biggest thing to happen to Mekaneck, but as far as Marzo was concerned...it was Tuesday.

Nice work, looks great! Once again proof that action features have no place in MOTUC and hurt more than help.

I think the bendy trunk would not have caused that much trouble if it was made from the same material as King Hiss' snake form.
It makes me mad that Mattel decided to use that foam material. People were afraid of breaking/ ripping issues right after it was announced that they wanted to use that stuff.
    "High quality materials" my behind!

Update with pics of the finished Staction-MOTUC-hybrid!
