I'm hoping for a Shower Power or Scratchin' Sound Catra, or a Filmation Hordak, or a 200X-inspired King Hssss (with the correct shoulders!).
TG indicated a variant King Randor might be a possibility in the future, though...

bcrduck already hinted at the last Quarter varient and it wasn't Catra or Snake Armor He-Man, red beast or filmation hordak.
There won't be anymore He-man or Skeletor Varients this year as Mattel only gives us one of each in a year.
bcrdukes hint was "the varient may have appeared in the mini comic or not" Now let the speculation begin
No more Snake anything.....please....except more Snake Men.
I don't know what variant to say....I just know we don't need the thousands of 200X He-Man variants....
Ice Armor He-Man looks cool because I like blue, a 200X He-Man....but that is about it....I mean the Vintage line only had max 3 variants of the main characters.
Other than that a NA He-Man is the only other He-Man variant we need.

Without duke's hint, I would think that it's a Catra variant. She's due for one.
Captain Randor would be a cool variant. You'd finally have the Obi-Wan/Anakin-like Clone Wars duo from the Great Unrest when you place him with Keldor.
200X Prince Adam is another possibility! We have the gloves from Vykron already.
Maybe we might get Caucasian Stratos or Mini-Comic Tri-Klops since those would involve new tooling.

My guesses would be, Captain Randor or Bounty Hunter Tri-Klops (Mini-Comic Armor and 200X Comic Origin Head)
My guess is King He-Man for the 30th Anniversary and to introduce us to the first character from the "Son of He-Man" storyline. Couldn't think of a better variant to end the year with.

I think I'm the only person who feels this way but I don't think filmation Hordak needs a slot. He is a repaint essentially which i think should be sold outside of the sub.
But for a variant I hope it's 200X Hssss
I agree that Filmation Hordak does not his own slot - but they could tool some new arm attachments for him to make him more of a repaint.
I"m onboard for a 200x King Hsss, I actually liked that look for him and it would be nice to get him put through the Classics machine.

This would make the most sense to me at least- although I've seen some people say they feel he'd be a better bookend as the LAST figure of the line in a symbolic way. The only other problem with this would be two he-man's is a bit excessive even for the 30th in my opinion. I still say pull the trigger on either this, Filmation Hordak, or The Son of Keldor who I believe there was initial rumblings about some time ago wasn't there?

A Stratos variant would be cool.
Randor in different gear would be cool be it Captain Randor or classicized 200x King Randor w/leg brace.
At this point I have no guesses, just a few hopes.
Ask not for whom MOTUC is made, it's made for thee.

It was stated by ToyGuru that the final variant would have something to do with Filmation. It was the only option this year to squeeze in more Filmation. I'm not saying its an entire character, but even BCRDuke said it would be something unconventional - whatever that means.
