Who will win? Personally, I would go with Panthro because he has numchucks.
Armored man with tons of built-in weapons, devices, a mace and an arm cannon versus very strong martial artist with devices in his nunchaku?
MAA wins, because he doesn't have to fight Panthro in melee. He'd just shoot him like Indy shot the Cairo Swordsman.
Panthro...super strong kung fu panther man with spikes and nunchucks beats your mustached uncle in green tights and a bowl on his head.
