I had this happen to me as a seller. I overcharged a person for shipping and refunded him $2.07. Next thing I know all of my payments are getting held for 30 day review or until positive feedback was recieved
Ok I got a partial refund through Paypal because an item I bought had to be exchanged for a cheaper item due to the original being sold out. Paypal have seen fit to put a temporary hold on it while the review it (or something) and I was wondering if anyone knew how long this would last?

30 Days? well that sucks.
Sure it is only £1.50 but dammit I want my money. And what is to review anyway? They asked me if I wanted to exchange the original item for something else, I said yes and ended up choosing a cheaper item, and they gave me the difference back. I don't see what exactly they need to review
