I got an email just past midnight on June 10th saying there was a problem authorizing my card for my club eternia subscription for Slush Head and Stinkor??? I emailed them back and told them there are enough funds and that I would prefer the June figures since I already have the May figures. They sent me back a cut and paste response about updating my credit card.

Other than that, nothing.

I got the same thing, but my card is fine until June. I emailed them back and they told me it was a mistake on their part as I said I had paid for those figures on MAy 16th.

Here is the email I replied with:

Do you guys even know what you are doing anymore? There have been nothing but countless problems and numerous emails in the last month and a half that state otherwise. I am sorry to sound rude, but I am really frustrated with the shenanigans of Digital River in general every month. I haven't even been charged for my June subs, so is everything fine, or is it not fine? I need to know this immediately.

I just got my Shipping Notice with a tracking number but they sent my MOTUC Sub and Voltron Sub separately for some reason so if you have both of those you might have a problem? They did combine them for the Red and Yellow lion? Maybe there was too much stuff for one box? but this is the first time they shipped my stuff before the sell date in a long time!!! maybe they are catching up!!!!

Yay, I got my shipping notice. Horde Prime, SMAA, and the Griffin have started their cross country tour to my display.

It is nice to have figures shipped before the sale date. I think this is a first for me.

Oh come on, you guys are getting shipping notices while I haven't even been charged yet.

This is getting very annoying. At this rate, my stuff once again will not be shipped out until next week when it should have been charged and shipped 4 days ago.
