That's amazing. I like how the AP noted that blue lobsters still turn red when cooked..........

See, if it was a crab, then I could say it was a King Crab so he's blue-blooded. But I can't make it work for a lobster.

Someone give it a try. There's so much here to work with.

Agreed. I would hope that's what happened. If he didn't release the lobster then he really blew it.

WAIT! WAIT! That's the joke! "...then he really blew it"!

    AH-HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!

No Olesker, this was clearly a leaked pic from the set of the new film "Mighty Morphin Power Lobsters". I've been trying to get my hands on the design for Megabizque, but I'll keep you posted.

The joke is that the lobster was only cosplaying as Don right before he got caught...

(Yeah, I know. Pretty lame. But I don't have much to work with here. And only about 2 people here should get that reference which I feel terribly sorry for them that they did. Nobody should have suffered so much to gain so useless knowledge.)

I come from a family of Lobstermen, and I've seen the blue ones before. I've also seen the orange (basically looks like it's already been cooked) and the albino (white). My father had donated a set (yes, one of each) to the local Aquarium years ago. Certainly interesting looking

That's amazing, as the article states it's a one in two million experience. Were you stunned when you saw one?

I was young, so, to me it was just a gross smelly lobster

In retrospect, it was certainly a cool thing. I do remember thinking it was cool to see them in the Aquarium, knowing my Dad was the one who got them there.

I shot a documentary years ago at a Canadian aquarium and science center and got some pretty good footage of a blue lobster. I had no idea they were as rare as the article states.

Better. I'd give it a 'B'. But I'm waiting for The Killer Joke.
