Spanish Euro MOCs - no plastic baggy inside the bulb?

Hi Guys,

Can somebody confirm if some of the Euro/Spanish figures were produced without the plastic baggy around the legs/weapons?

I know a guy who is selling his MOC collection, however, some of his figures are Spanish Euro's and don't have these polybags inside the bulb... Do you think it's legit? or Re-sealed?

The seller is very friendly, but not a pro collector, so he has no clue.

I checked my masters del universo mocs( 2x flying fists and promocional he-man) and none of them had plastic baggies around the legs. So my answer is yes.
