Man...that is done perfectly. I like the red face, so I can't tell if I prefer it in Hordak colors or if I'm just dazzled by your skills in color matching and application.
I repainted my Horde Prime to look more like Hordak, the red and black face didn't really do it for me and seemed more like a mask than a face, since it matched everything else.
Painted with Cartoon Colour Vinyl Acrylics.

Your redo of Horde Prime is superb! The figure looks better this way, although the red-headed one is magnificent too.

Wow! Amazing how a few different paint choices make Horde Prime look absolutely stunning! In fact now he looks more like an Ancient powered up Hordak!
He looks great! What color white did you use on his head?
Custom mix of ~96% white, ~2% Mud Grey (brown) and ~2% yellow.

I really like the existing red face myself, but I have a 2nd Prime on the way for custom fodder so may repaint the spare head to swap in and out as whimsy takes me.
This is mightily impressive. I may actually try to replicate this. I'm not a fan of the flat red face.... total "what were they thinking" piece for me.
