I've ided the gun already but who does the blue box with the silver needles go to? A toy biz marvel figure I know but whitch one?

It was from the Marvel Most Wanted line by Toybiz around 1998 or 99 I think? It was an accessory for Blink, one of my favorite characters and the only version of the character to this day produced. It was supposed to be her "quills" she can turn into pyschokinetic daggers.
