    July sub email and charge

    hey guys and gals

    received my email a few days ago that the sub has renewed, also saw my CC get hit. Has anyone else been charged already?

    Surprise surprise, did I call it or what? I just got emails saying they cannot charge me for my subscription even though I updated my card LAST WEEK to ensure this would not happen.
    Can someone PM me the US number for Matty? I want to talk to someone who might has a clue of what is going on.

    I received my renewal reminder e-mail 3 days ago and got charged today for my one MOTUC sub. I updated my new credit card info on Monday on the site and I called Matty CS to get both MOTUC subs updated with my new card. Things are looking good for me with this change.

    Hope you get it on the second attempt. I asked that specific question with the person I spoke with, I was ensured that I would get charged under my new card number, since my old one was cancelled out. I only have the MOTUC sub and the 30th sub and both were updated according to the rep. Keep trying and hope it does get settled.

    Just a question , you call in if you have a new cc?? What if it's just a new card because it has expired but the number is the same can you simply just update on Matty.com?
