To those we have lost... too soon!

    Greetings to all

With alot of us now in our late thirties, and many of us now beginning to loose family members and friends more frequently, I felt that this would be a good thread to create where we could post about our loved ones that we have lost, and possibly request prayers from our friends here.
Or at the very least, perhaps just have somewhere to talk about lost loved ones some in the comfort of the gathering of friends here to get friendly support so that we can work thru our emotions in these thru tough times.

    ....................

I have to say that I did decide to make this thread myself out of personal greif somewhat myself as I just yesterday lost my Uncle Mike.
He died of a massive heart attack and was pronounced dead upon the ambulances arrival to try and help him... I loved my uncle very much, he was a major role model in my life for a very long time and he will be missed...

... our family members are badly grieving over our sudden loss and any and all prayers that any of you could offer on our part would be very much appreciated.

Thank you to all of you here, who I have considered my friends since my warmly welcomed arrival to the site, for taking time to read my post and for any prayers you might offer on our behalf.

    ....................

For any who post themselves from there own loss, my heart goes out to you... none of us deserve to loose our family and those we love... ever.

well that sucks and I know just how you feel.

a few years ago I lost one uncle due to complications with cancer and it happened very quickly, diagnosis to death was about 5 weeks.

Less then 1 week later another uncle dropped dead due to an unknown fluid build-up in and around his heart which just suddenly stopped it cold with no warning.

Having to go to one funeral sucks enough as it is but going to two in the space of a week...quite depressing.

Sorry for your loss. I just lost an aunt last week.

I have also lost my mom, as well as both sets of grandparents, 4 aunts, 3 uncles, and 1 cousin.

I too am sorry for your loss.

2 years ago my father blew a whole through his chest with a shotgun it was september 11. He was not a bad dad.

I have been surprised at how often this comes up in conversation. people always ask what happened how did he die people I don't even know, like I want to tell them. My brother and I tell people hes dead and when they ask how we say "9/11" they always follow it up with omg was he a fireman? To which we reply I don't like to talk about it.

Maybe our humor is a bit dark but I have to think hes somewhere laughing with us.

    Sorry for your loss

It is sad that we have now entered the time in our lives when more people will leave then enter, or so I believe.

The hardest deaths for me have been my grandparents. I still think about them nearly every day including my grandmother.
