I've been playing with some 3D sculpting and came up with this:

I'm going to be doing a wall base for it and maybe some other accessories. Opinions? Would anybody be interested in one of these?

i dont understand this too much, is there a comparition picture around? is that in the center the screen or the floor?

It's the computer from the original Castle Grayskull that hung on the wall. There is some depth to this. dimensions are going to be 5 by 4.5 inches with .5 inch of depth. It'll have a wall base and possibly a keyboard terminal. Not sure about that though yet. Still in the planning stages.

Looks cool. I'm thinking of making a similar display for myself. I'm planning on making one that holds my ipad so I use it as the screen.

Has there been any progress on making this thing a reality? I would like to see any tweaks or a sculpted model.

Shapeways is taking forever to ship the rapid prototype. Once I get it I'll post some more info.
