Damn now this is looking like some MOTU! Not that I'm hating the current mini or limited series (just not thrilled; so far) But this looks like what I'm wanting!

Just wish I would've have a chance to get in on this origin; I drafted a fan fiction story titled... Skeletor: Lord of Destruction which pretty much is my spin on the "Fall of Keldor". Perhaps once I retrieve the files off my old word processor, I will upload to the forums.

To paraphrase MegaGearMax...a lot of us were fans of MOTU before Filmation, the Search For Keldor mini-comic, and the MYP cartoon. Skeletor was originally a demon and not a relative of the royal family.

Promising...
Hope we get a darker story blending all the cool ingredients we already know and perhaps some surprises.
I would like to see Hordak training Keldor, Randor fighting Keldor, Keldor's face melting with acid, Hordak unleashing Demo-man, Demo-man possesing Keldor, the "new born" Skeletor going mad, Evil Lynn going yellow trying to get Keldor back.... and finally Skeletor taking full control of himself.

Yep he did but they couldn't afford to do it in the end.

I wonder how much if any from that planned 4th mini comic has made it into this new DC continuity adaptation.

Read how little 6-year old Skeletor constantly got beaten up by bullies until he lashed out his anger at schoolmate Kronis. From then on, it's been a downhill spiral, starting with him joining the Horde streetgang till ursurping the position of local drug lord and crime boss Count Marzo!

So Skeletor now refers to his Havoc Staff as "my leetle friend"?

Cover looks great; have to wait to see if the story is worth reading.
