I'll try my hand at answering these.

1. Backward assembled forearms. Also, many fans have raised concerns about her face/hair sculpt, the not quite white color of her clothing and the lack of blue on the back of her bodice.

2. To keep the copyrights in use, Mattel sometimes prints extra names on the package. There is no other reason.

3. The Black Wizard mentioned in Dreago Man's bio.
