HELP NEEDED - Incident whereby a MOTU Head was removed - How do I get it back on?

I won't get into details how Zodak's head was removed but I was wondering how can I get it back on.

I have tried Hot Water to soften the plastic but the Lip around the Neck Section will not insert.

Has anyone discovered a way of getting heads back on?

Any Help is appreciated.

If it is soft head version of Zodak, then just take out that plastic head pin and it would be much easier to put the head back...

i used a little soapy water for a head swap the push in with the neck at a 45 degree angle and twist usually works.

With a bit of Manipulation with some pliers Zodak has his Head pack on.
