Payment Authorization Failure

So, my debit card was stolen, so naturally I had to cancel the card. In the mean time I update my payment information to a prepaid Visa card and my subscription payment fails twice now, they tell me to keep waiting. I update my card information again, to the same bank that I have always used hoping this works now. Anyone had any issue like this? I placed an order using the prepaid card for some Snake Mountain stands, and the order was completed, so why wouldn't it work for my sub? Dealing with Digital River is such a hassle, I feel tightness in my chest.

if it works like our payment system you can only use prepaid cards for one time payments and not recurring payments.
