    Spikor Arrival Thread

Armor is great, spikes are still sharp when you touch them, tight Vikor ankles, tight joints, head looks much better in person.

Negatives are that the mace is very soft rubber. That's about it. Love the figure. One of the best looking villains in the line.

He looks great big Z. The pics are awesome. He's one of my favorite villains. Plus he's almost untouchable w/ his armor and his devastating weapons. Can't wait for my Spikor. His spiked mace does look really soft...bummmer.

It's a pity that his trident arm has the word "China" emblazoned so prominently in not one but two places.

SCB, why do you always get your figures before anyone else? Do you live right next door to the shipping center?

Great photos, can't wait to get mine!

    His mace is limp.

I don't know what it is. Even though I loved Spikor as a kid, I couldn't get excited about this... purple hair-curler.

Absolutely PERFECT figure. This is what MOTUC is all about. Only 1 figure this month and I couldn't be happier with just this 1 figure!

I was sad we never got to see Spikor during the 200x run. He was always one of my favorites. I remember carrying him around EVERYWHERE more than most other figures as a kid.

BTW, the headsculpt is an AMAZING update as seen during Comparison Time™.

Eagh! Man, why is the mace rubbery? I know Catra's sword had to be, because of her whip being in the same mold, but what else on Spikor is that rubbery?

My only real complaint are the rounded spikes. The whole Mattel "safety" issue policy really puts a damper on these types of things as it takes the visuals down a notch. Same with the marshmallow teeth on the Snake Men.

It`s things like this, which reminds me of MOTUC being a toyline made by a toy company, not an Adult Colllector line. If you compare this line to other adult geek stuff, you`ll notice the difference...

Got him!!! ALL of his joints are really tight, and I only wish his spikes looked as sharp as they feel--kids should really be careful with this guy!

Great photos and I'll echo Count Marzo, that things are so much better when we're just getting one quality figure per month. That said, the rubbery issues do seem a bit annoying. I'll be interested in checking him out, in 6-8 weeks whenever he gets out of Sparks, NV.

I raelly do not like the long trident, nor the red piece. I think I will be displaying mine with the small trident without the red piece as it makes me think of Calibus from Clash of the Titans. Plus, it will make him stand out from the others.
Can someone PM me the US number for Matty? I want to talk to someone who might has a clue of what is going on.

He looks awesome! Definately going with the two-hand Filmation look on mine. Probably leave him weaponless, givem the rubbery mace.

Why oh why did they not make the red piece to cover the arm band? The original didn't have an armband, so why wouldn't the red piece cover it up? : /
Looking for a reasonable price for Fangman and maybe king He-man and Strobo.
