French She-Ra Binder/Encyclopedia: HELP NEEDED!

Hi guys! I just got the French He-Man, She-Ra, Thundercats (Cosmocats), MASK and Tranformer binders/encyclopedias.

I was hoping someone else who owns them might be able to tell me how many pages they are supposed to have.

I counted individual pages (front + back, I counted as ONE page):

She-Ra: 87 pages + 3 posters
MOTU: 87 pages + 5 posters
Thundercats: 86 pages (I'm positive one mini-poster page is missing here) + 1 poster
MASK: 86 pages (technically 87, but there's TWO of one mini-poster...probably factory error) + 3 posters
Transformers: 88 pages (pretty sure I counted this right. WAY too late to re-count them for a THIRD time! ) + 3 posters

Now, one thing that's VERY bizarre is that EVERY book had TWO copies of the main hero and main villain info sheet/bio card.

She-Ra x2
Hordak x2
He-Man x2
Skeletor x2
Lion-O x2
Mumm-Ra x2

...and so on.

For the bio card section, every book goes from page 1 to 96. They ALL end at page 96. Are they supposed to go to 100?

I don't know if anyone else on here owns these... I know TOKYONEVER used to own them. I really hope someone can help me out! If I am missing pages, I have to find out which ones...and that is going to be QUITE the task!

Cool stuff! I have the TCats one which is on thundercatsfans.org so it might be worth checking their copy to compare.

I never knew they didMOTU & She-Ra ones as well. How do they look? Are they as cool as the TCats one?

I'm French so I can give you some information about why you are having TWO copies of the main hero and main villain info sheet/bio card.

First thos encyclopedia were a gift to a subscription back in 2004 for the DVDsets of MOTU, M.A.S.K, Thundercats and Transformers. The DVDsets of She-Ra were also a gift, so were the posters and the DVDsets of Secret Of The Sword and Christmas Special. You would receive every month 2 DVDs of each series, posters and sheets of the encyclopedia. Each series were edited on 24 DVDsets so the subscription was for 1 year.

The 1st issue was sold in newspape stores. Then you had to fill a bulttin to subscribe to the offer. With the 1st issue you had
She-Ra x1
Hordak x1
He-Man x1
Skeletor x1
Lion-O x1
Mumm-Ra x1
....

And when you received the 2nd issue once you filled the bulttin they also sent you the same sheets as a bonus (not usefull but who is against a gift? )

As for the page, I need to check.

Thanks for the info guys! ForTheHonour86, my internet is really bad today (storming) so I haven't had a chance to download the file, but I don't think they have the entire book posted. I think it's missing all the mini-posters. I really like the MOTU and PoP ones! I think they're just as good or better.

Musclor, thank you SO much for posting those sites! I searched the internet everywhere for info on these books but kept finding extremely limited info. I would love to know how many pages there are supposed to be in each book. I did not count the duplicate main hero or villain pages in my totals above.

EDIT: ForTheHonour86, I take back what I said! My internet is great today and I downloaded the file. That IS the total book. I'm missing ONE page that they have. The one that shows the episodes from Season 1 and 2! Thank you for directing me there!

I made it much easier to help me out, for the others that have any of these books. I categorized the pages (most have page numbers).

Here's what I have:

She-Ra

- 3 posters
- Origins/History (lots of writing on these pages): pages numbered 1-29
- 1 page (front and back) of She-Ra posters
- She-Ra & Hordak bio cards (2 of them): pages numbered 5-96
- 23 pages (46 if you count each side) of the pictures/character art. NO page numbers

MOTU

- 5 posters
- Origins/History: pages numbered 1-30
- 1 page He-Man poster/ad (front and back)
- He-Man & Skeletor bio cards (2 of them): pages numbered 5-96
- 23 pages (46 if you count each side) of the pictures/character art. NO page numbers

Cosmocats (Thundercats)

- 1 poster
- Origins/History: pages numbered 1-28
- 1 page Cosmocats poster/ad (front and back)
- Lion-O & Mumm-Ra bio cards (2 of them): pages numbered 5-96
- 23 pages (46 if you count each side) of the pictures/character art. NO page numbers

MASK

- 3 posters
- Origins/History: pages numbered 1-32
- Matt Tracker & Mayhem bio cards (2 of them): pages numbered 5-96
- 23 pages (46 if you count each side) of the pictures/character art. NO page numbers. ONE page is a duplicate!

Transformers

- 3 posters
- Origins/History: pages numbered 1-34
- Optimus Prime & Megatron bio cards (2 of them): pages numbered 5-96
- 23 pages (46 if you count each side) of the pictures/character art. NO page numbers

Please, please let me know if I am missing any pages. I need to let the seller know so he can look for them. Any help is GREATLY appreciated!
