Nope, got both subs for 2012, and it wasn't worth it. Plus, with the price increase, it looks like I won't be getting any figures at all.

Not sure at this point. Money isn't what it was last year, and I'm not crazy about feeling "strong armed".

3 already ordered. If Mattel gets ready to pull the plug but only needs another few percentage points, I may step it up with another sub or two. I dont need them, but I NEED for this great line to continue.

Sorry to see some choose no but UNDERSTAND their frustrations.

I am in and maybe a little more (due to the price) since I was contemplating bringing my sub amount down this year. But this is a collection I loved as a child and enjoy so much more now with the inclusion of POP, NA and 200X (and I HATED NA

). Even if I have to work a little more to make that green and help anyone else get their ONE figure I think it helps us all continue this line and enjoy something we all come to these forums for!

No sub for me. I did the sub for 2012 and there's just too many figures that I don't want. It's simply a matter of wasting money.

No, I will not be buying a sub.

I no longer will purchase anything through Mattycollector due to severe issues with billing and service. I will still support the line through other vendors, though.

You bet! I've been in from the beginning and despite the occasional figure that I'm not interested in, I've found that 90-95% I absolutely love. I don't feel 'strong armed' at all since I'm most likely would have bought most of them anyway. Plus I want things to continue so being all in is my way to show that.

I'm 100% in this boat. They get ya hooked when they reveal the first three months of the year. Then the rest of the year declines.

I just can't seem to justify buying things that I don't want. Never have. Never will. Just not in my DNA. Especially regarding toys.

although reading this thread along with the others shows the cost of the price hike i think the issue is not going to be people not subbing its those who bought 5 in previous years going down to 1 or 2 mattel bosses think they are losing 3 people
