i'm not going to say he shouldn't be in the line. there's probably enough folks who like him, but at the same time i couldn't care less about him. he's basically a new character...and not even a very good new figure (like castle gs man).

I think the idea is that eventually Adam grows into the role of He-man. I like that a lot. He doesn't need to hide it anymore, he BECOMES He-man forever. I just like He-man as being an ideal Adam strives to be rather than a separate guy he becomes.

I think the idea is based on the original NA minicomics, where the transformation of Adam into the new He-Man is permanent. So, when he returns to Eternia, he reveals that he was once Adam, but he is now He-Man forever.

I must be missing something but as soon as I seen him in the case at SDCC. I really was let down. Was hoping for better after last years awesome shadow weaver. Most people around me there were saying the same thing. Ohh well more money in the wallet no sub for me this year

Do you want King He-Man in the MOTUC Line?

That's a difficult question for me. I don't necessarily want him (as a figure) but I certainly don't mind him. Actually, I think he is an excellent choice for a subscription exclusive. He's not a vital character for the casual MOTU fan but die-hard fans (hence subscribers) would love him. So I went ahead and voted "yes" on this poll.

I would rather have a King Adam, but I'll take what I can get. Only thing I'd change is and it's kinda like someone above said, is have Adam grow into the role of He-Man. But not into He-Man himself. Just have Adam become the warrior without the power.

While I don't like the storyline with SLL & Spector, the character as an idea is good, I mean he was eventually
going to become King anyway, after all he is the oldest, and he's the Prince.

I possibly would have loved a more "He-Man" looking outfit, a new harness & a cape to fit over it, instead of an
armor....He-Man don't need no stinking armor. And I would have preferred the furry boots to the He-Ro ones, or
at least used the He-Ro feet as well.

But I do like the figure, and since I now have a sub, and hopefully it goes through, I don't mind getting him, but
I like the Foe Men as well, so....

Wow, I'm happy to see so many like and want the figure. I wasn't expecting these results based on the 'concept characters aren't needed' stuff going on. Just more evidence of a vocal minority.

Not a fan of the story they've layed out so far with time agents ruining the fabric of space/time/universe and whatnot, but I love the concept of a King He-Man. A natural progression from the earliest days of the franchise.

Not a fan of the failed era they're trying to push through in the bios, but I don't mind this figure overall. Though it really should be King Adam (King He-man doesn't make much sense) and I would hope that they perhaps modify the armour (or at least its colours) before release. The gold on silver doesn't quite work.

Hopefully the don't do something stupid with the bio like write out Adam and have him give up his real identity or something similar. Also, he better have Teela as his queen.

This figure has grown on me more than any of the other reveals at SDCC. The weathered and beaten Techno Sword is pure genius.

I love the cyclic nature of the story with his armour. It is quite obviously a homage to He-Ro.

I love the figure and even the sword, but part of me really wanted him to include a battle damaged original power sword. I know I've wanted that for a while.

I could be wrong here , but the reason he is using the old and battle scarred electronic power sword is because his son Dare now weilds the real power sword. King He-man goes into battle onle last time and uses the electronic power sword.
