I just wanted to know how many 8-backs do you fellow collectors and fans have and if you are planning to get more.
I have only one 8-back, Stratos. I am planning to get all 8, if money allows

I had one (Skeletor), but the bubble fell off, so now he is loose. My He-Man has "original" on it, which some people don't care for, but it is beautiful, so I don't think I'll ever replace it. I guess I don't really care about the card back too much, I just like them to be ultra clear and really mint looking, and finding an 8-back like that just isn't worth the trouble to me.
If I found a pretty one that wasn't too much, and I didn't already have the figure on a nice card (which leaves Beastman and Mer-Man, aka the cool ones), I would def try and get it, but not over extend myself. I do like the "new" on cards though, but even that's not too big of an issue with me. Maybe if I have all of them and there is nothing left to get save card types, then I'll start that, but when I can get two or three moc figs for the price of one in the same condition, but w/ a different back, I'll go for the many. I still have just under half the line to get still though, so this is probably different for collectors who pursue it just a little more than I do.

I got the Stratos a couple years ago from EBay, the Man-at-Arms I got from EBay a couple months ago from Eddie (Ess7477 here).

Hordak, Grizzlor, Leech, Mantenna and Modulok on USA Cards.....
Those weren't really considered 8 Backs, the 8 Backs we were talking about are the original 8 figures released with 8 figures on the back of the card from 1981/82.

I just picked up an 8-Back Zodak tonight and an 8-Back Teela on the 18th (my birthday present to myself). I will post pics when I get them both in hand.
