Someone should get a hold of Bill Gates or some other super rich great humanitarian to buy a bunch of subs and donate them to "Toys for Tots" or some other charity.

Also has anyone tried Nick Cage yet.

Can't forget Joey Lawrence from Blossom and Fred Savage from Wonder Years, they were both big fans and featured as kids in the classic MOTU magazine in the 80's.

I don't have a Twitter account (or even a Facebook account) but has someone thought about asking for a retweet from Tim Seely? Not only has he worked on the MOTUC minicomics but he features tons of MOTU references in Hack/Slash. Last night I was reading a few issues from omnibus and saw a character wearing a He-Man t-shirt, a character being asked if she was a superhero like She-ra, and a dream sequence that involved some very MOTU like action figures.

That is one of the more unlikely ideas to actually come to fruition, but I love it! It would do so many good things: save the line, increase awareness of the brand to kids, and give needy kids toys who wouldn't otherwise get them!!

i think this kind of thing has to happen organically... these kind of actions could only buy a year if they even worked at all.

if they just made a masters of the universe movie...

Leo was the first person I thought of... Seth second...

If I was loaded, I'd buy SO many subs. I teach Pre-K and would use them as leverage in class. (of course, if I was loaded...it wouldn't be from teaching...)

Our Savior would be immortalized in my signature forever! They could donate the toys!
Not to sound like a creepy cheerleader for Uki, but it's nice to know there is at least one person on this forum who is extremely positive & friendly all the time. I don't think I could be that nice even if you paid me. If we ever give out awards for "forum member of the month", Uki gets my vote. -Mr. Shokoti

Cryingfreeman, a member of the German fan board "Planet Eternia" organized a collective order of 30 subscriptions (I've gotten mine that way).
He's helping fans that way to afford it that way (the collective order reduces shipping costs) without making a profit!
And now he's expanding it to 50 subscriptions - still missing 5 subs as of now.

Just wanted to share this bit of information - KUDOS to cryingfreeman and his noble actions!

I posted on Dolph's Facebook page, asking for his help. Go over and "Like" my post! Maybe we can get his attention. (I'm Thommy Hartley.)

Update: I just asked everyone I follow on Twitter to RT a message (everyone from Bob Saget, Billy Crystal, and NPH to Rachel Ray, Bill Cosby, and Ron Paul). ???Who knows, maybe it'll help...???
