Nice Review, Dan.
I was expecting the orb holder to work as a light tunnel, so that you could shine a light on it from beneath so the orb would light up...

Great video, Dan ! Did you get Sir Laser-Lot already ? Or do you think we'll have more late samples in August too ?

As far as the TOD Sorceress is concerned, she seems pretty "blank" to me... Plus, they didn't improve a thing (and certainly not the infamous wing "drums"). I won't spend 50 euros or more for just King Greyskull's power orb stand. It's a pass for me.

Cool review. I hope this figure won't be too hard to get on MattyCollector when it comes out. She looks really nice, and I really want that orb stand!

Forgot to mention NYCC as well, but aside from that I'm glad they made the wings clear.

It's a different and unique look and really makes the figure look a little more different then just a straight re-paint and to me gives more of an insectoid appearance with the clear wings while the regular version obviously is more bird like with feathers.

She's pretty cool looking with those icy wings. And I love the stand. A must have for my collection.

Very cool review. TOD Sorceress is a must buy for me, I really like her look, especially the wings. The orb stand looks sweeeet! I would like 2, it all depends on her price tag at PowerCon

Are you sure she has the newer BG Teela legs? They look like they are the original Teela legs with the thigh swivle?

pretty awesome repaint - obviously i like this one as it kind of echoes the sorceress' appearance in the movie, which is awesome to me ...

i LOVE the orb-stand - it looks like the pillars we see in the castle greyskull throne-room in the '87 movie ...

the translucent plastic on the wings is awesome; but again - not sure i will buy this one (or even get the chance to with it being a con-exclusive) ...

My thoughts exactly about her appearance in the live-action movie.
Also I too first thought that the symbols were an homage to the film's symbols. Until they mentioned something like 4HM and Terry coming up with an entire new "Eternian language" so that the symbols do have some meaning.

Hopefully we'll find out at some point what each of those symbols means and the "story" they might tell.

I was wondering the same thing. It really does seem like she has the "good" female legs.

Even with the wing drums I'm really looking forward to adding her to my collection come Power Con.

TOD Sorceress is at her best when displayed backwards !!!

Those clear wings gives a feeling that as if we are peeking her during her shower time !!!! LOL

Seriously, She is too plain & less attractive (for me). I am glad for others who want him, but I won’t be getting her mostly !

However, Gotta love those orb stands !!

I like this figure. The orb stand is a really cool accessory.

I love this figure! The monochromatic look is really going to pop on the shelf. The crystal wings are beautiful too. Can't wait to get this at PowerCon.

Wow. For someone I keep forgetting about, I think she looks really beautiful. In fact, the face on this one is better than the original Sorceress face! I can't wait to nab one of these. The stand is a bonus. The figure itself is A+.
Question- any chance of a picture of the Battleground Teela head on this Sorceress body?

Perhaps the words on the orb stand mean the 4 traits the Oracle describes to KG when he realizes he had the power: Courage, Wisdom, Kindness, Strength. This would be what it would read to me.

Then again, the story seems to go in its own direction, being written so wonderfully so it may just read, "KG hearts Veena" or "Like a Boss"
