i think i ruined my Vykron figure!

ok so what can i do i keep picking at it, thinking the black smudge will come off but nothing seems to be getting worse.

so i now i gotta repaint but what color do you recommend?

    thanks in advance

Pale as he is, I would go with Citadel "Elf Flesh" with maybe a drop (or two at most) of "Dwarf Flesh".

I haven't opened my Vykron yet but when you pull off the head and look inside the ball socket, can you see that it is molded in black? If that's the case, like Mistico recommends, get yourself some model quality (Reaper, Games Workshop, Vellejo, etc.) flesh colored paints and try mixing them until you get a match. Even if it's not 100% the same color, you should be able to get it close enough for just a small spot.

However, if the head is molded in flesh color, the black must be paint that rubbed off on it. To remove paint, put a tiny dab of non-acetone nail polish remover on a cotton swab and rub the spot. When the spot is removed, wash the piece in cool water and pat it dry to make sure all the nail polish remover is gone. Be very careful with this stuff as if you accidentally touch another part of the figure it can damage/remove paint. Also, make sure you use "non-acetone" nail polish remover. The type that contains acetone is much more powerful and you have to be even more careful with it.

You can learn more about using nail polish remover to remove paint on your figures (with photos!) at my blog post about switching Stinkor's arms here...

    Hope this helps.
