He-man and Sorceress NECA statue questions

Can anyone tell me the difference in the Artist proofs vs. the standard run of these two? Also, i've seen some of the He-Man statues with a single layer of stone for the base, and some with three layers. Is one different then the other?

I don't think the AP's look different for these two. Do you have a picture of the He-man bases? I'm curious to see the difference.

There is no difference it's just the AP has a low run compared to the regular
