The backgrounds started with episode 041. They were first illustrated by Georg Schwitters, AKA: THE_RAW on the Org forums.

The second batch begins with episode 070. They were illustrated by Matt Tyree, AKA: Tyree on the Org forums and are colored by me (Val Staples). 065 was a fill-in which depicts Matt's art from the 2011 Power-Con auction card.

The third batch contains episodes 088 thru 097 all illustrated by Matt Tyree and colored by me (Val staples).

That Rio Blast one is amazing. I loved the 200x Rio but was never 100% sold on the hair, so this 200x version but with longer hair is perfect IMO
