So...exactly how do SDCC vouchers work?

If you buy vouchers on Matty, do you have to pick them up in person yourself, or can someone pick the items up for you?

Like...how does it work, exactly?

I'm pretty sure the person purchasing the voucher has to have their name match the name on their credit card and the name on their SDCC badge in order to pickup the items. You can't order them and have someone else pick them up for you.

Yep, the person purchasing has to pick them up in person. They check your receipt, your card that you used to make the purchase, and your SDCC badge.

If she's going to SDCC, give her the $$$ and have her purchase what you need on the voucher sale. That way all her info matches when she goes to the show.
