The Staction seemed to incorporate Filmation elements as well as 200X elements, making it such a good choice to base the Classics figure from.
Yeah I've got to go with the Staction version as my fav, though I bet it will be classic with 4 legs (somehow). So yeah, i can see them mixing but staying as close to vintage as possible.
Best case Scenario: 4 Legs Unique sculpts for them.
Acceptable compromise: 4 Legs, reuse Whiplash thighs and knees Horde boot with new feet
Unacceptable: 2 legged Vintage toy redone...

yeah, based on the original toy, I'd be happy to have him with only two. But frankly I expect 4 legs, unique. It's expected. I dont know how they'll make it look good, but whatever.
When/if(im sure) it get made, I'll see 4 legs one way or another.
I wouldn't mind him sharing a special crotch with Modulok. It would make sense Mantenna having an abdomen back there.

Four unique legs. Mattel shouldn't go cheap on him like they did in the 80's (4 legs fused together) but I think it should be as vintage as possible. C'mon people, this is the Classics line, is it not? Heck, they did a great job with Snake Face. (Vintage and staction-like, imo)

Staction is my favourite version, it would be kind of neat though to have a filmation accurate model, but I'd rather not as he is too cute and comical, save it for the funko bobble heads.

As a big Mantenna fan, I voted for 4 unique legs. I hope that the MOTUC Mantenna is closer to the 200x version than the vintage version.
If Mattel goes this route and if the figure ends up being a bit expensive, maybe Mantenna can take the Ram-Man slot and be priced a bit higher than the other figures.
If they go strictly filmation I'll be a very happy camper!

I know, but I don't think they really add to the figure. The way they did it originally you had to look closely to tell. Two legs would be fine I think.
