They (Matty) should make a statement, to clarify if they will honor the sale, or not, if not, well, its ok, just refund/release the funds in our CC and let us know in time.

The question has been posted on Matty. Can you imagine Scotts reaction when he sees this? If I were him and was having to constantly put out fires and dodge bullets because of others decisions and mistakes, I would just crawl under my desk and cry! Or do a super frustrated scream or something. My language would not be for the ears of children. I can only imagine his frustration at seeing this has happened. Please remember, it was not TG's fault!
I see the point, but Mattel did chose DR to run this site and has basically allowed DR to foul everything up ever since. Who's the bigger fool, the fool or the fool who hired him and keeps him around.

My guess is they have the right to cancel any order they want buried in some user agreement somewhere. You can try though.

So does anyone else think that people involved with DR are employees of Mattel as well? I have never seen a company in any industry that would tolerate so many screw ups unless they are in bed together.

Remember, Mattel has the right to cancel any order at any time. YOu, however, are under contract to pay for your orders every month and you cannot cancel for any reasons.

yea it's still up... could save you 4 bucks on the SM, but this month is already too expensive to get another set. I hope in December they put Granamyr up for 20 bucks early!!!!

The only people that benefit in a class action lawsuit are the lawyers. I mean, I'm not sure how you're damaged by a store canceling your order. You're not out anything. But you're more likely to get a coupon for $5 off your next order than any real damages in a class action lawsuit.
I hate that I feel myself sticking up for any corporation so much lately but why is this such a big deal? So a mistake was made or they were testing something out or whatever the case is but we ALL know the sale starts next Monday. Is it really worth getting angry over a mix-up? I understand that Matty and DR have many problems but seriously this is such a small thing to get all up in arms about. If you ordered these figures thinking you might score big before anyone else and suddenly have problems with your cards or your orders get canceled it's your own fault. Basic common sense rules apply here
This happened with the 1st Weapons Pak I believe. I remember ordering it early, but the order was cancelled. So I suspect the same will happen here. I remember getting flack from other orgers for saying they should honor the orders. Oh well...

That's what they do here... "get up in arms"... One guy says he's gonna start a class action lawsuit if he doesn't get his order... so even "basic common sense rules" are uncommon here.

Yes. This was an error and all sales will be canceled and refunded.
Just spoke to my team of lawyers and we are going through with the lawsuit. Whose with me?
I dont see the point of a law suit, I mean c'mon if the line is already struggling, why add more wood to the fire?
I wouldnt risk loosing a toyline that I love, just to try to get Matty to respect an order that we all know we were able to do due to a mistake, DR, Mattel, whoever, we all know the sale will be next monday.
