I found some time drawing and here is a little piece of it. And it won't be visible like that in the comic in the end... the bubbles are just for fun, not actual dialogue. The colored version i did first, but didn't like it as much as the just pencilled one. But i show both to you and hope you enjoy.

Well, it seems you are pretty lonely with that opinion

A peek on a new panel, could be almost the origninal size in print.

Another amazing panel!!! Loved He-Man's expression, while looking at Teela. And surely i' m not the only one that admires your work.

Just finished a page and sent a new update to those who donated back in the day. Not many pages to pencil left, i see the end of that tunnel at last. But still there are inking and colors do to.... and the text. So it will take a while longer.

Thanks Niki, yeah i try to make him look big. If i make other comics, and we would see Cringer, the size will be different. For the sake of "the secret identity".

    @ Neo
Thanks, then there are three of you who like it

Some admire my work yes, and there are people who loooooooooooove my artwork. But they don't want to pay for it... so that is that.
I am very glad you like the panel because i worked a loooong time on that (and some others) until i was okay with it. Not completely happy, but okay. And i hope you may enjoy the whole book if you should take one, that is.

As always great panel but i´m not a vehicles fan. Never been. Cars, planes, what ever they never excite me.

You drew it very well and the picture has dynamic so mission accomplished

    Thanks Niki.

And here is another Vehicle image.

While drawing this panel i thought to myself: "It would it be fun to have animation here..."
Sure i could create an animated comic, but that is not the point of this project.

So here is the little animation. Nothing wild, but it is fun. At least to me.

Yesterday the guys who donated to the project got the 25th update of the comic with 9 pages and i am glad to say, there is an end in sight to the pencilwork. Check out the list below to see for yourself. Inking and color should not take that much time as the pencilwork did

Also i posted two days ago on a german forum this "mini-making of", 4 little steps, pencilwork, inks, basecolor and the lighteffects and text.

So, i am currently in the end battle, and this is what it looks like for the guys who get the previews. Sadly they can't enjoy them. Why did i do that? Because i want the design of the "MAGE of EVIL" to be a surprise for when people get the books. The fight szene is several pages long and fun to draw

The dialoge is of course NOT the actual sentence, when i hid the character, it just was funny to look at.

Okay, my humor doesn't fly... so here is something else i did today as warmup for work.
sadly it wanted to be inked and colored right away and took 2 hours to complete the whole little panel. Thought i share it.
    Hope you enjoy.

Wow, that's very cool indeed! Skeletor looks like a real menace with the scary glow in his empty eye sockets - I like that look and think it's even better than the movie scene picture you used as reference! Great work, keep it up - I know you don't just do your best, but you do your MAXXimum!

Almost done with the inking as you may see in the overview below.
I will proceed with the text afterwards, because i don't want to paint the backgrounds and spend too much time there just to have it obscured by a speech bubble.
After that is done, i color.

And here is a teaser of the german cover. It will be in color.

    The overview

I made a video a while ago, of inking two pages of the comic, because i wanted to know how long it actually takes to ink some. My guess was about 5 hours.
So i chose these two because i thought, "not much going on there, will be quick". Well it took me over 10 hours in total. One hour or so is missing, forgot to record.
Also included the coloring of one of the panel, wich now looks different, i reworked it a little. This you can watch here now. I spare you my babbeling, so only video and no sound and it is not over nine hours long, only a bit over one hour, i sped it up, looks funnier.

Enjoy the first two whole pages seen of the book on the internet. Maybe let me know what you think.
