I am never, ever right about stuff like this, so there's no point in me guessing.

That said, I hope that it somehow means the line can last up until 2015, at least. I'm a Cherry Picker, but I do not want to see this line end anytime soon!


Also, I'd love to see a well done 4" retail line. So sue me.

Let's see. TG seems to think of himself as a big deal. And his comments lately have been kind of whack-a-doo. Some people have speculated he might be close to being removed as brand manager or already have been fired. Maybe they're right and his big announcement is going to be that he is "moving on," or some such corporate speak version of he's done on MOTUC.

It would be kind of douchey to get people's hopes up for something cool and then just announce that he's fired/quitting/whatever but it seems like something he might do. Hope not.

I guess we'll find out tomorrow.

I actually thought about that myself. The same thing happened with DCUC about a year ago. Some chick named Danielle something ( FANGIRL 2.0 ) was taking over that line in some way.

Sounds exciting! I wish I didn't have to work tomorrow. I'll have to check for updates during my lunch.

Here are my guesses though:

- New movie and retail line based on the live-action movie (and they will tell us the tentative release date)
- MOTUC Castle Grayskull
- New TV show (cartoon or live action)

If it was going to be bad news...I do not think Toyguru would be hyping it up. I also do not believe the end of the line announcement would be made in-person. Nerd rage = hazardous.

Yes...that's 35% above the bare minimum needed. Which is why things are being scaled back next year.
