Just saw the thread about power con from afi, the first line is
Frostas arms are incorrect. They know it. They will offer full refunds for sub holders, but this is the only Frosta they will make. They will do a free gift as an apology to sub holders.
It sucks that Frosta will be incorrect but great to see them step up and admit and apologize for it. Offering something is a great "we are sorry" vs. the take it or leave it from Hssss and Roboto.
Any thoughts of what it could be? Hopes?

Yeah…what's wrong with Frosta's arms? I didn't notice anything in the video review of her that really stood out.

After what happened with Stinkor they had no escape on this one... sadly they didn't have the same attitude with the skunk. Frosta's forearms are somewhat easy to repair but the "dirty snow" outfit color is still flawed.
This is ridiculous. Why can't the people assmebling the figures tell their left from their right?

2 of the 3 reviews had swapped forearms, Dan's and afi's had incorrect arms but the fwoosh had correct ones. (I think that's how it was)

Thats too bad, It seams poor Frosta is cursed or something with first the delays, is she grey or white and now the arms. The lower arms should be a easy fix(even though we shouldnt have too) and I will always take a free gift.

is it reversed like stinkors? if so that's an easy fix. so I'm not VERY put out by it, we shouldn't HAVE to do these things but it's definitely an easier fix than the shoulder swap! I am still too nervous to attempt that one.

I have. If you mess up from the start, you can actually do it all wrong. If someone else picks up where you left off, and see what you did, they do it wrong. It's not hard to get it wrong. -And not everyone got them wrong, there was a sample for the reviews that was assembled correctly.
I thought the same thing! While I appreciate the apology and think that an "apology gift" is nice, I would've much rather had a badass Frosta who wasn't defective. As for the gift itself, I'd love for them to do another version of her staff that doesn't have a pinwheel feature, just a kicka** clear blue staff with an awesome sculpted snow flake.... that's assuming that the free gift will have anything to do with the actual Frosta figure.
Eh, didn't look bad from the backwards ones that we've seen. Cool that we're getting something for it, though!
