It looks cute. Sadly, I won't be teleporting around the screen as Evil Lyn, blasting the snot out of Palace Guards, but I'm sure it till be fun all the same. I'm going to buy it.
I'm not a huge computer guy but why are things like this done specifically for Apple software instead of Android as well? Is it simply a money thing or is it easier to build games for that platform? I hope it gets ported to Android shortly after its release...

The game looks great (for what it is). I'm sure it was designed to emulate the side scrolling action of say a Castlevania, with the simplistic aesthetics of a game like Castle Crashers or Alien Hominid. I'm sure this incarnation is more about testing the waters, with a game of a larger scale to follow dependent on the success of scaled down version at a lower price. I actually like the quirky animation; it reminds me of the Mini Masters shown at SDCC a few years back.
Neat! Certainly excited, but not as excited as I would be if it were on something that allows me to play it with a controller. Why would I wanna play a classic styled side scroller with a danged touch screen? He-Man is pretty much the only thing that would get me to try something like this on the iPad. I've been waiting for an awesome game like this for Motu for a long time! Lets just hope this is testing the waters and we'll eventually get a full game like this, but with more playable characters.

I think you guys are setting your expectations too high. It does look great for what it is, but it's made for iphone and iPads. It's not going to be some high tech adventure game, it's simply something fun for mobile devices.

I usually am wary of new interpretations, but this is really good. It's like Filmation mixed with MOTUC in a perfect mesh.
I cannot wait to play this on iPad! I just hope Teela/Sorceress/Evil Lyn show up. I know She-ra likely won't due to the separate rights issue, but as long as we get some female action I'm all over it.

I think that's The Faceless One.... makes me wonder if he's taken Evil-Lyn's place in the game? He's not evil though... but his staff sure makes him look evil.

If they leave Evil-Lyn out ill be mad. There are several games in which a male hero fights a female boss/villain so I don't see an issue.
Teela (auburn hair) needs a cameo at least if not as a playable character.

They have Filmation rights, so yes they can make Hover Bots, and I am sure Scott had that on the 2014 road map but had to scrap it due to people not getting subs.
Looks a lot like Ghosts N' Goblins, which was a great game back in the day.
