I think you did a great job getting the concept across.
I've bought a certain Gargoyle figure for cannon fodder many, many years ago. For it's wings. Which are still unused. But rewatching the He-Man Mutant episode, I realized I could work wonders with the head. Add one vintage and one NA He-Man to the mix and stir.
This is pretty much where I started (skipping the break apart the source figure part)
and this is where I'm now.

Rainstorm Hudson was the figure that head's from. And the front part of the armor is from a spare broke NA He-Man, cut away from the torso piece and the strap on the back is from a vintage He-Man armor which was also broken anyway.Originally Posted by docfairday
