Is that a Disney Gargoyle's head? What did you frankenstein together for the armor?
I think you did a great job getting the concept across.
I've bought a certain Gargoyle figure for cannon fodder many, many years ago. For it's wings. Which are still unused. But rewatching the He-Man Mutant episode, I realized I could work wonders with the head. Add one vintage and one NA He-Man to the mix and stir.
This is pretty much where I started (skipping the break apart the source figure part)
and this is where I'm now.
