I was coming home from work and while listening to the radio I thought just for fun what song best represents characters from the MOTU.Here are a few of mine and remember this is just for fun and laughs.
He-Man: "I'm too sexy for this shirt" (self explanatory)
Skeletor: "Somewhere over the rainbow" (for the many times he's tried to conquer Castle Grayskull there has to be a place where dreams really do come true)
Scorpia: "Vogue" (she just looks like she wants to strike a pose)
Evil Lyn: "The ***** is back" (don't cross me boys)
Come on guys and gals what's yours I need some laughs !!!

Oh I like this thread!
I made a ladies of the 80's mix using songs for each cartoon/comic/sci-fi girl and I'll tell you the ones I used
Teela: Univited by Alanis Morisette... Imagine the video goes something to the effect of He-man being called to seduce Teela the new sorceress of greyskull, and entering the castle... I see what just did there
Evil-Lynn- Black Magic Woman-Santanna
Sorceress- Every little thing she does is magic- by The Police
She-Ra/Adora: Edie (Ciao Baby) by The Cult imagine when she holds the sword over her head and says the words is when the beat kicks in
Glimmer- Lights by Ellie Goulding, imagine the montage goes something to the effect of her trying to get back to despondos/etheria after the rebellion helps crush skeletor's forces and she must go thru a cave to find some artifact and she encounters Snake Face and thats where the "turn to stone" lyric comes in, but her light is too powerful and he turns instead
Shadow Weaver- Living Dead Girl -Rob Zombie, just imagine her casting horrible spells and walking thru horror hall
Catra -Black Cat by Janet Jackson
Castaspella -Heaven is a place on earth- belinda carlisle for the simple fact that her MOTUC figure looks like belinda carlisle
There's more but my laptop battery is dying.

Man lives in the sunlit world of what he believes to be reality.
But...there is, unseen by most, an underworld, a place that is just as real,
but not as brightly lit... a DARKSIDE.

Let me show you just what I'm made of now...
I didn't see anyone suggesting Ram it Down, by Judas Priest, for Ram-Man, so I'll do the honours...

Skeletor = vengeance falls by trivium because he is metal and it is lyrically perfect for him
