    UPS Ground is what it said, but this IS Digital River we are talking about. So it may arrive by horse and buggy after 4 months.

    The reason that I ask is that UPS Ground shipping for one Grayskull is $20.70 (or at least should be). And I think I remember someone else posting that when picking UPS ground, it costs more to order 2 together than to order them separately.

    I spoke to Brady in the Escalations Department at Digital River. He said that there should be an official announcement coming later today about the shipping situation and the change in prices that occurred midway through the day yesterday. In the meantime, in an unofficial capacity, he said that there are 2 choices that can be done for people who were erroneously charged the higher amount prior to the change:

    1) People can call the DR number (877)GO-MATTY to open a ticket to have the difference preemptively credited back to them within 3-5 business days. So, a credit would be issued now for the difference, then the full invoiced amount billed later if/when the Castle Grayskull ships.

    2) Next year, if/when Castle Grayskull ships, they will bill the amount that was invoiced but then go back through and issue credits to all of the consumers who were charged the higher amount.


    So, those are the 2 choices and an announcement in an official capacity should be released later today. We can take care of the credit for the difference in shipping now or later after CG is shipped.
