What line is this She-Ra figure from (and where can I get one!!)

Hey All,

I ran across this picture on the interwebs and I've not seen this she-ra figure before,
I assume it might be a knock off or who knows what but it's to scale with the original
she-ra figures as it was from a picture with other legit she-ra toys and this one stuck
out to me and I want one!!
