    Very good start, HordeMonkey!

Marlena Crown and Randor Crown are correct.
Headpiece is from Entrapta, but you mentioned POP, so I let that count
The flail is not from Demo-Man, but from the vintage Castle Grayskull cardboard weapons rack.
2 more items can be seen. Admittedly, one is separated in two pieces, so a total of 3 pieces has yet to be named

Thanks for participating And thank you so much for the kind words!

I really should stop using the Smiley... It looks ridiculous when used more than once.

Anyway, hereīs another piece of my ever growing collection of lifesize prop replicas:

Fully equipped Grayskull cardboard weapons rack. On a lifesize MOTUC Grayskull figurestand
But no chance of fitting axe and mace in front of the shield, as suggested by the vintage cardboard drawing. Laws of physics donīt apply to the magical world of Eternia, apparently.

When your daughter asks you: "Daddy, can you make me She-Raīs sword one day?", there is not even the hint of a single chance to say "no".
    So here we go:
She-Raīs Sword of Protection, children sized and ready for battle. Or cosplay. Whichever comes first

Cool. I still have a picture of my son next to the weapons rack from 2 (?) Years ago.

Do you use wood for the swords and guns?

    Thank you so much!

Johan: No, I donīt use wood. Everything I build is made out of PVC. The only time I used wood is actually for that weapons rack. I asked a friend who is a carpenter to make the silver "feet" out of wood, so that the rack has more weight on the ground.
