Wow, this is great exposure for the brand! I was a MOTU fan first and foremost, and when they stopped making the original line, I got into WWF shortly after (early 1990), and have been a fan of wrestling for over 20 years.

That was very cool! I'm a big WWE fan as well, so enjoyed the read.
The WWE figures are massively successful, you only have to walk into Toys R Us to realise that. I'm excited by this association and the cross-promotion between the brands which could possibly bring new business Mattel's way and hopefully benefit the Classics line.
Between this, the new iPad game, the Grayskull pre-order, the DC comics (love them or hate them), the talk of the movie and everything else, He-Man is getting some really nice exposure lately.

While it was interesting to hear some of there memorys it seemed to me like they could have said more just my opinion.
I am glad MOTU got some positive exposure again! It would only make sense for Mattel to keep doing this cross promotion with WWE. But because it is so straightforward Mattel will probably not see it.
With this article and the Kofi Kingston toys, they've done some pretty good cross promotion with the WWE.
I saw the Battle Cat Kofi at Wal-Mart. Looks cool. I love that they are doing this on the WWE site. Now if they would just plug Grayskull. Sheamus' story was my fav by far....
When I was very young, my dad watched world championship wrestling with the Von Erics and Freebirds. Man, I am dating myself. Well, I would take my MOTU figures and have them wrestle each other. I had fisto v jitsu rivalry, and my tag team of buzzoff and cyclone against clawful and whiplash. Instead of protecting eternia, they were seeking championship belts.
