Actually rethinking my earlier post, it would be nice for some other characters to make an appearance on the box art rather than having exclusively the cardback 8 - something a bit mixed up.

I would hope the 2 cats don't count & maybe get Zoar in as a way to sneek in the Sorceress. A free spot if you will.

I do feel that Sorceress should be included. However, isn't ToyGuru asking who we want to see fighting in front of the castle? Sorceress should be depicted staring out of the castle, possibly casting a protective spell.
I also don't see much point to including King Hiss and Hordak with the bad guys. Does anybody think that Skeletor, Hiss and Hordak would really team-up and agree to split the Power of Grayskull 3 ways. No way in Eternian Hell!!

For me it depends on what you're going for: a vintage look or a good representation of an all inclusive MOTUC cannon.
If vintage:
I would keep the look almost exactly like the old box art and just add in characters.

If more MOTUC style:
I would change the layout. I would do a straight on view of CG with He-Man and She-ra standing at the Jawbridge with the spirit of King Grayskull between them. Then on top of the castle I'd have Teela (as the current Sorceress) with an image of her mother above and behind her. I'd have Skeletor and Evil Lyn flanking the castle on He-Man's side and Hordak and Catra flanking the castle on She-ra's side. The multiple snakes of King Hiss's snake form would be at the "bottom" of the picture in the immediate forground as if you were behind him and looking over him.
