So I tried to a fire ball that comes out of his mouth, but the main issue, his mouth doesn't open, so it looks lame. My son said it looks like someone threw up pizza, my wife said he looks like his nose is running really bad or something. Anyway here's the picture:

Yep, also sanded it to fit over his armor too.

I thought about doing that but I'm using mine on the SMAA body and his hand won't exactly hold the grip inside the blaster so the snugness of it is actually holding it on his arm. I did use the blow dryer to heat it up so it flexed when I put it on. I am trying to get a hold of a couple more blasters through trades and if do I'll take my chances Dremmeling it out.
