Part of the reason I subscribed was that Scott said we would be able to do this with the 'my sub' page, which he said would be up and running 'probably by next week, or by January at the latest'. Canadian customers have ridiculous wait times, and I don't want every order in mail limbo for two months, esp. if it's a larger package. Nor did I want to lock myself into DHL for a full year.
If the my sub page/Canadian shipping issues aren't resolved by next summer, I'll be letting my sub expire with my credit card, as I took Scott's answer to this issue in good faith when I subscribed.

that is bad business, we have enough problems with this line already. we all know what happened when there was no service stock with fisto & the sorceress. p-u matty. if a want a replacement for you defective product i better be able to get one.
So much for the subs guaranteeing you your figures. Knowing the high level of QC problems and still making this decision should explain to anyone at Mattel why the subs sank so badly this year.
Thank goodness I'm getting mine from Big Bad; the only reason I was able to get a Fisto to replace my mis-packaged Sorceress is because I wasn't dealing with Matty anymore. Says a lot about Mattel and DR when the only way to get something remotely resembling customer service is to go somewhere else to buy the merchandise...
