Well, that's the limitation of Digital River's store software I'm guessing. I hope that new portal is up soon where the customer can make changes easily to their account, or at least have more control.
Can you not call Digital River up and change an order if you made a mistake when you placed it? that's what I've had to do with most online retailer. Either call or e-mail their customer service to correct a placed order mistake on my part.
