    TMNT: 2D to CGI

One Project, One Person, One Year, One Big Tribute.
All shots where done in order from last July to Today, minus two shots in act one that where updated. all rough shots. only improvements are to fix animation errors and continuity errors.

Act one: 8 months to animate. Act Two: 3 Months to animate. Introduction: Two months. It took me a year to get 13:50 of animation attempts done.

I've been modeling turtles in CGI since 1999... this is a tribute to the series, the new nick show airing this friday, and animators of yester year, when it took two people to animate an entire 6 minute popeye short ..

    enjoy

14 shots left and then final fix ups to finish off the big rip off...

skipped ahead a bit to fix a shot that's b een bugging me for 25 years. I know it must be hard to animate wheels moving in 2D, but not 3D......it always looked really lazy to me...
