2002 Series Bible--Can We Make It Universally Accessible?

Well, Power-Con's auctioning over a copy of the 2002 series bible signed by Michael Halperin (see the front page). Being a poor grad student, I really can't spare the money if it goes as high as I expect. But I was wondering, now that it's been released 'into the wild', is there any chance we can get scans for the Org, either from Mr. Halperin, the purchaser, or elsewhere? Or is this already available somewhere and I just haven't found it?
