I was always curious to know how Filmation would have handled King Hiss and the third villainous faction, the Snakemen. I'm pretty sure his transformation into his snake form would be in a glowing flash of light similar to Hordak's transformations since shedding would likely be considered too gross. No doubt eating people would have been out of he question.

It may have been done as a light-flash, or it could have like his transformations in the "King of the Snake Men" mini-comic, where it comes off smoothly in a single piece.
It definitely would be nice to see Rattlor and Tung Lashor scurrying over to his side and would have been nice to see Ssqueeze and Snake Face as well. Hiss definitely would be defeated in a rather humourous way by having his snake heads being tied up in knots by He-Man or doing it himself. Not to mention how his run-ins would have been like with Skeletor and Hordak.
