Tung Lashor looks MASSIVE! even bigger than Clawful

The Snakemen so need be redone now, Tung is towering over Rattlor and he was huge in the cartoon!

    Great display.

I got mine at Lowe's. Not very expensive, and easy to install. You can even play around with the space between shelves whenever you want to.

I agree. For some reason, Clawful's massiveness didn't bother me as much as Tung's does. He makes the other SM look puny, especially poor Rattlor. I chuckle now when I remember people saying how "massive" Rattlor was when he was new.

Thanks! I'm very much of the less-is-more mentality. Big, cluttered collections bother me. I like actually being able to see each piece.

Thanks for the pics, it really helped me to see the great size differences that has been incorporated into the new characters. I have to get a clawful, he looks like the real muscle in Skeletors forces.

    Great collection.

    Collection Pics, first time online

These pics are a year and ½ old, but when I get some time to take new ones, they will be.

The MOTU part of the room looks roughly the same, but there arent many stactions, if any, in this round.

Note the rack over to the left on this one, where I display the exclusive boxes such as Keldor, Moss Man, etc. Kind of hard to see in this pic.

On this one youll see the Skeleton Warriors (as seen in Val's MOTU comics a few years ago) of Skeletor attempting to get into Greyskull with Skelly and crew. The only 'customs' I have ever done (Final Fantasy Skeleton with MOTU Bat Wings lol).

Yes those are vintage MOTU Curtains because yes, my wife is the greatest

Mostly, it just takes time. That collection has taken me about 6 ½ years to build, & half of that I was in college.

Great set-up! Hey theotherbloke ( ), how do you set those cards up on the wall like that? Do you use thumbtacks or something? I'd really like to know how you do it!

Theotherbloke heh heh I like that!

I use 'push pins' which are about the same thing as thumbtacks. I prefer the clear ones though as opposed to various colored ones because the clear ones dont stand out. They work great.

I use the same thing for the posters on the walls, but Im not as picky with those.

Where did that grey platform with Greyskull come from?

It is actually a leftover platform from the shelf that holds my Marvel Legends in the pics. That shelf was TOO tall with all the platforms so I left that one off, and it came in quite handy for the platform of Grayskull!

Geez I have to say I'm floored. I've been making diorama's, setting up tables and carting around a glass display case. Then I came across this thread and realized that there is a lot to be said for simple shelves alone to really showcase the individual characters. Inspired I put up six 46 inch floating shelves (two rows of 3) and arranged. I'm happy to say I don't think my collection has ever looked better! Thanks! Clean and uncluttered is the way to go!

When I look at those pics, I see 29 characters that need to be made into stactions...

Wakko my friend, your organisational skills are unsurpassed. And coming from an obsessively meticulous Virgo, that's saying something!

Wow, what a compliment! Thanks! I admire a lot of the big collections and elaborate dioramas that are often posted on this forum, but I enjoy my collection so much more the way the picture shows -- uncluttered and uncrowded. It's so much easier to appreciate that way. Nice to know it was an inspiration!
