Lost Matty Order?

I made two orders from Matty during Black Friday on the same day.

The second, I got today. The other, bigger one is "out for delivery" in ANOTHER TOWN (a few towns away).

I got a bad feeling about this now. Why the HELL would it be out for delivery in another town? I bet somebody is going to get a nice, nearly $100 worth of figures today.

That's not good. It could be a glitch in the system, I would suggest that if you don't get them today to call USPS (or whoever) and ask them about it.

I called my local PO. They said it "just got sent to the wrong zipcode" and that "out for delivery" is just an automatic thing when the package is scanned.

The lady said it should get worked out and find it's way here.

I ordered from a seller on Amazon not long ago and when I checked the tracking it said it was out for delivery in another state but a few days later I recieved it so don't lose hope yet, as long as it doesn't say delivered you still may get it.

If it wasn't resolved by the USPS, you would contact Matty and they would send out another order or refund it if not received by the date, so long as you have proof it's not your correct town or zip code. They "Misplaced" one of mine once, and I called Matty after calling the USPS, and they said if it wasn't received by the dates listed, then action would be taken to resolve, obviously, if a figure was sold out, then, you would get a refund.

I'm having a similar problem.
My second order was accepted by USPS yesterday, 12/3, and delivered today.
My first order's last status update was on 12/2, "in transit". It seems strange they would get separated.

I had something similar happen last year where my He-Man.org Secret Santa gift was delivered to a manufacturing company in my town. But they opened it, unwrapped it, and then sent it on to me after they realized it wasn't supposed to be delivered to them.

I always worry with the deliveries since they go back and forth to at least 9 different towns each time. I'm real happy you got your goods though. Happy Holidays!
